Dear Sir. -

I am owner of a piece real estate around here which I bought it lately. On the said place several years ago the owner died suddenly, and make no will, of course he had several thousands of dollars in gold and silver which had buried under the ground around his store, hence someone tried to find the money but he fail to do so.

Now I am applying to you as you'r the only inventor of the Ouija board and asking you if you are in position to take up the matter if so let us hear also in what basis you shall agreed.

Hoping to hear from you at your earliest possible, and oblige.
